For domestic shipping, we offer Australia Post for express orders for quick and immediate deliveries, and Sendle for standard orders.
For international shipping, we offer both Australia Post and Sendle.
1.3 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If your order is placed outside of business hours, it will be processed and shipped on the following business day and can take up to 10 days to be shipped if any complication occurs.

1.4 I’m not in Australia. Does Nasiba Fashion ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. As long as there is a working postal system in your country, then we can arrange for your orders to be shipped to you.
1.5 How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping can take 2 - 4 weeks. We do offer express options for all international orders, however the price and shipping times vary depending on where you are located. Express international shipping can take up 1 - 2 weeks.
1.6 What is your return policy?
We do not offer Returns on any products purchased from our online or physical stores.
We do offer Exchanges for any products purchased within 14 days upon receiving your order.
Online orders can be exchanged in stores where we can offer you a credit note. Alternatively, we can organise an online exchange where all shipping costs will be at your expense.
1.7 What sizes are your Hijabs?
Our exclusive chiffon hijabs come in three sizes:
- Shawl: 180cm x 70cm
- Square: 112cm x 112cm
- LRG square: 145cm x 145cm
Our exclusive Jersey hijabs are 160cm x 60cm
Our exclusive cotton crinkle are 200cm x 90cm
Our exclusive satin and crepe luxe range are 180cm x 70cm
1.8 I received a faulty/incorrect item. How do I return for a replacement?
While we make sure orders are packed correctly without any faults, they can be missed during busy periods. In this case please contact us on [email protected] for further assistance.
